I first met Lee in one of my wife's yoga classes. We talked about the current housing market both the upsides and of course the downside. I had been investing in property in Sarasota for a number of years, specializing in single family homes for rentals. I told Lee that I had become concerned about the market down turn. How my fears were keeping me from making a move, not knowing what the market was going to do. Lee showed me all the great buys in Sarasota and with no pressure explained why this was the best time to reinvest in this market. He showed me foreclosures in my price range and helped me prepare a bid that the banks could not refuse. He and his staff were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with through out the buying process. I was able to make my best deal to date on a rental house that is turning a profit from day one. I would not hesitate to recommend Lee to anyone thinking of buying or selling. If you are looking to buy investment properties now is the time. If you want a Realtor who will listen to your concerns and then work like crazy to get the deal closed then, give him a call, you will not be disappointed.

Lee worked with my wife and me for nearly 2 years and with his help we found that “special property” in a 1920’s bungalow west of the trail with everything we were looking for. There were many times throughout our home search that I wanted to purchase a house because of the great deal I thought I was getting. And time and again Lee talked me out of it. He would always say, “Yes, it’s a good deal, but there is nothing special about this property” and he was always right. Lee found us the opportunity of a lifetime-- a home on the water near downtown-- priced well below market value. The transaction was complicated on a number of levels and required an agent with superior market intelligence, financial savvy and 24/7 attention to detail. Lee demonstrated tremendous grace under pressure (which kept us calm!), assembled a team of professionals that rallied within very tight time constraints, and got the deal done. We still can't believe it!

My wife and I were having a very difficult time finding a home which met our requirements. We were working with 2 different real estate agents who kept showing us properties which did not meet our wants. Finally, we met Lee and it was evident that he knew Sarasota very well. Three days later, Lee called me to share that he had found a home which he was certain we would love and asked if I could meet him there within 30 minutes.
