Lee and Lisa did superlative work for us as realtors. When Lee showed up to introduce himself for the first time, he quickly demonstrated a distinctive grasp of what was most appealing about our property — something several other realtors to whom we spoke over the years underestimated — and encouraged us to ask for more than we had been told to offer before. This was important because our property was different from most in the area, holding substantial appeal to a distinctive set of buyers, less to others.
In addition, Lee made it evident that he and Lisa tailored their approach to the needs and interests of the client in a customized way. So we went with him and Lisa, and sure enough, we ended up selling the property to a person whose distinct interest in the property was precisely what Lee had foreseen, and at a price close to the original asking price. Mission accomplished!
In addition, the couples’ handling of the sale from beginning to end was considerate of our needs and highly professional in terms of photos, virtual showings, actual showings, and other aspects of the overall transaction process. Lisa displayed her own outstanding skills at presenting the property and working with clients who assisted in this effort, and Lee was excellent in performing his tasks in a productive division of labor. We all had to deal with the problems associated with Covid 19, including the special vulnerability of one of us, and no one could have handled it with more ability than Lisa and Lee.

We are normally not fans of realtors… for many reasons… including the stress they create for us and the uneasy feeling that they are not working “with” us. However, we both were delighted with Lee Mirman’s professional attitude.
We truly believe that we have now met the best realtor in Florida. Why? Because of Lee’s listening attitude and his focus on the entire selling process. He is most of all honest and he never pushed us in any direction. What he says is what it is!
