Golden Gate Point

100% residential community located on a peninsula between Downtown Sarasota and Sarasota Bay. Rosemary District

While only a handful blocks away its quietness gives it a feel of suburbia, yet the metropolis is just a 10-15 minute walk.

Near Selby (NeSe)

Depending on the location you can use Publix (grocery store) as your refrigerator and Selby (botanical gardens) as your back yard.
